What is integrative psychotherapy?
Integrative psychotherapy is a short term therapy that takes ca. 5-15 sessions. In the sessions we predominantly focus on your inner potentials that can contribute to the solution in your situation. As a therapist I guide you in the process so that you can find these solutions in yourself. Besides, I not only examine your problem but I also look at you as a unique person who has qualities, desires and needs, values and norms, just as well his or her own will to make choices.
As we go along with the conversations I will choose the treatment techniques that suit you the best. During the sessions I make you feel at ease, I empower you and I hold a mirror in front of you so that you can become aware of the course of your actions. Becoming conscious will lead to openness and new choices in life. In this way you can get access to your qualities and talents.
