What is coaching?
During the coaching programme we work on empowering you in your core qualities, your
abilities and talents and we will (further) develop your skills that you need to be able to
function well in your work. I challenge you to look at yourself and your own course of
actions. In addition I encourage you to develop new behaviour patterns and new skills.
Coaching involves individual guidance that consists of 5-15 sessions. The goal of coaching
is to increase self-awareness and become conscious of your own motives in order to gain
an overview of the role you play in the situation you are in.
